"It would be good for everyone." Minister wants changes in the Sejm

- Alcohol should not be sold at all on the Sejm premises - Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk said in "Gość Wydarzeń". The minister responded to the storm surrounding the Left senator Maciej Kopiec and his behavior in the Sejm restaurant. In her opinion, "everyone would benefit" if alcohol was not sold in the parliament.
Piotr Witwicki in the "Gość Wydarzeń" program asked Minister Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk about the Left senator Maciej Kopiec and his behavior in the parliamentary restaurant.
According to a recording published by PiS MP Dariusz Matecki, Senator Maciej Kopiec , while under the influence of alcohol, referred to politicians of Law and Justice and Confederation in a vulgar manner.
- Such a situation is unacceptable, reprehensible and requires an apology and drawing consequences - said the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy.

- If we compare the workplace to the Sejm or the Senate , then I cannot imagine that any workplace could have a pub selling alcohol - she stressed.

According to the minister, "in the parliamentary area, in the Sejm area, alcohol should not be distributed at all, it should not be sold ."
- I understand that adults can spend their time as they wish after work, but not at work, and the Sejm, Senate, the parliament for members of parliament and senators, is a place of work - she noted.
She added that " it would be better for everyone if alcohol trading did not take place on parliament premises."
